- Hourly / events / multi-vehicle: Book 3-7 days in advance to secure your specific vehicles and time blocks.
- Same-day rides: We'll do our best based on current availability; call for the fastest service.
We accept the most common, secure forms of payment:

Our policy balances flexibility with vehicle and chauffeur scheduling:
- Standard rides (point-to-point, airport):
- Cancel 24+ hours before pickup → Full refund.
- Cancel within 24 hours or no-show → Full fare charged.
- Hourly events, or multi-vehicle bookings:
- Cancel 48+ hours before pickup → Full refund.
- Cancel within 48 hours or no-show → Full fare charged.
- Flight cancellations/major delays: Tell us as soon as possible; we'll work to reschedule, subject to availability. Fees may apply if the chauffeur has already been dispatched.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Airport Transportation
Once you land and collect your luggage, contact your chauffeur directly using the number provided in your confirmation message or text. Your driver will either:
- Meet you inside the terminal at the designated baggage claim area (for meet-and-greet service)
- Wait at the curbside pickup zone if you've requested express curbside service.
Each reservation includes detailed pickup instructions based on your terminal. If you have trouble finding your driver, simply call, and our dispatch team will guide you immediately.
Policies and Service Details
Service animals are always permitted at no charge, in full compliance with ADA regulations.
Small pets must travel in a secure carrier or lap bag.
Larger pets should be reserved for an SUV or private ride option to ensure comfort and cleanliness.
